For Appointments Request: Each community has it's own appointment request form located on the home page under events, and below. You can fill this out at any time! The earlier the better, as your request is time stamped and kept in a log until we start building the schedule. We wait to build the schedule until about 1 month before the clinic, as we tailor our schedule to what each community needs, every time.

For existing clients - if you have received a text from Trail Breaker you can reply directly to that text. That will save into your animal's medical record permanently. This isn't the best way to book a new appointment, but it is a great way to ask a question or send relevant info about an existing patient/problem.
